Accepted Insurance
Metropolitan Family Care is a provider for most major insurance plans. However, before your appointment, please check to see if our doctors are covered under your plan, and review the payment and referral policies of your carrier. Be sure to bring your insurance card with you, and remember that co-payments are due upon checking in for your appointment. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks, and cash for co-payments.
No matter what your insurance policy, please remember that you are still responsible for payment of services rendered. We are more than happy to submit your insurance claim forms with proof of coverage at the time of your appointment.
